I am at the point where I can't keep up with my topic discussions. Drug Rash with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms (DRESS) syndrome with Tegretol, cerebral edema treatments (mannitol, hypertonic saline and glucocorticoids), subarachnoid hemorrhages, venous sinus thrombosis....all THIS week. It is Wednesday. WEDNESDAY. I staff Thursday, which means I will be at work 13 hours (07:00-20:00) and then preparing for at least 3 topic discussions.
